What other items do you pay for when on board?Are drinks expensive on the RCCL Freedom of the Seas?
Drinks are as expensive as in any nice hotel. During Dec.2007 we traveled with RCCL and our pre dinner drinks were Black Label and Soda $6.00 and a Baileys on the rocks $5.50. Also you have to pay for sodas, and any other liquor you order. In the dining room they offer wine, beer and even after dinner cocktails and all of these cost around $4 to $6. There is a restaurant that is not included in the regular dining rooms, or a fast food place. You will have to pay for services like laundry, spas, beauty salons, massages,etc.

You can buy a special cup that they sell for about $30 that will be filled indefinitely with any kind of soda for the whole trip. Water bottles are also sold. I bought some at the islands and these are permitted. Enjoy your trip.Are drinks expensive on the RCCL Freedom of the Seas?
