Can this Disney vacation work?

I'm going to graduate high school June 2010, so to celebrate I would like to go to Disney World. I will be 18 by then, and I want to bring my 17 year old friend with me. There's a couple of things I would like to know:

1) My aunt is a member of the Disney Vacation Club. I was talking to her a few weeks ago and she said she would consider giving me her vacation points as a graduation present to use for the hotel room. Can she book the hotel room with her points under her name, even though she won't be going on the trip with me?

2) The only two people going on this trip would be me (18) and my friend (17). Is it ok for someone under 18 to go to Disney World with someone 18+ who isn't their parent/legal guardian?

Thank you!Can this Disney vacation work?
about #2 - the 18+ person must be a family member so they can trust you. there are millions of 18+ year olds, you cant just pick someone random.

yes and you should go to disneyworld. it ROCKS!
