If you didn't ask for the offer to be extended to you, or you didn't leave your email address for this, or any other offer, then what you are getting is spam, unsolicited email that is sent to thousands, maybe millions of people. What they want is NOT to give you a free trip on SW Airlines, but your response to this email, which will give them your email id and address for future spam.
