yeah I filed a complaint at the San Antonio E.E.O.C office against sw airlines call center in san antonio I'm wondering if the hr building in dallas is going to notice that im going to rattle the cage even further now that this complaint against them is now in motion? I wonder as a question what its going to be like for them to have to take their own medicine for once I am so curious to know I think its going to be funnyBy the would any body from sw airlines get mad ?
Any large corporation has a legal department filled with lawyers to deal with lawsuits. Yours is not the first lawsuit ever brought by someone against Southwest Airlines.



They deal with legal issues all the time. I think that your lawsuit will get exactly the amount of attention they feel it deserves - maybe a lot, maybe a little.



Whatever the case, I see absolutely no probability at all that anyone at Southwest, from the lawyers all the way up to the CEO, will get mad at you, or about your lawsuit.
First of all "SW" is the airline code for Air Namibia. "WN" is the code for Southwest Airlines.



I will warn you that it is very difficult to get make a case against an airline for not hiring you. The fact is that many people get turned away from airline positions so it's hard to prove something like racism since they do hire minorities, etc.



You didn't go into detail on how you were "mistreated" so I can't comment on that. Again, it will be hard to prove.



The airlines are very good at delaying legal action. Some of my coworkers were shocked to be called into court for incidents that occurred years earlier. Be prepared for a really long wait and a lot of legal bills.
