Disney Special Offer Mailing List - Who & How to be On That List ?

I've read on line and on yahoo answers - people who receive offers from Disney - special for their group or family etc. that includes a pin number to call and use. For example: There has already been a 2010 mailing with free dining using a pin number in the mailing. This is NOT Disney Vacation Club members - but who are on this list and how do you get there. We have been multiple times but never receive anything other than what goes to the general public. Google was no help.

Thanks for your answers.Disney Special Offer Mailing List - Who %26amp; How to be On That List ?
If you've been to Disney, and they have an e-mail address on file for you, then you are on the Special Offer Mailing List. Thing is, they don't mail these offers out to everyone on the list. They enter certain criteria, then randomly generate the e-mails for the number of offers they will be sending out.

So, for example, they might have an offer for 500 Florida state residents. So they pull up all the ones listed in their data base as Florida residents and then randomly select 500 of them to receive the offer. And you can't use an offer that isn't sent to you specifically unless the person who received the offer is traveling with you. That is why you need the pin number.

They take that pin number, pull up a list of all the people that offer was made to, then search the list for your name. My cousin received an offer and sent me all the information, including the pin number, because she knew I was planning a trip. When I called and gave that pin number I was told the offer is only available to those to whom it was sent. The Disney employee then explained what I put above.

You have to get the Disney credit card and become part of the reward program. You can apply through the Disney web site.
This might be what you are looking for. I copied and pasted this from a previous answer I gave. Hope it helps.:

I highly suggest getting on Disney's mailing list. I am sent offers that I don't think are available to others online. Recently I received an offer for a 4-night/5-day stay, I need to buy park tickets and we get free dining from 02/28/10-07/03/10. My mailer has a PIN number specific to my family, so I don't know if anyone can call and get this deal. That's why I suggest getting on their mailer. You might be able to write to them at Disney Destinations Marketing PO Box 10456 Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830. Or call 407-939-7516.- That's the info on the mailer. It also said I can call my travel agent to inquire about it, so maybe the agents know something that hasn't been announced yet?
