Disney vacation club, worth it?

I've grown up at Disney World, literary. I said my first word at Disney, learned how to ride a bike and drive (by driving a golf cart around Fort Wilderness) I have been going Disney every year since I was little and from the time I was 13 to 17 I went every 6 weeks and now I'm back to every year lol. The Disney Vacation club is something I've always wanted to do, everyone in my family says it's a rip off and that we go way to much for that but to me it seems like a good idea. My boyfriend and I talked about joining together and he also seems like it's a good idea. I just wanted to get a feedback from members, is it a good idea or not?Disney vacation club, worth it?
As a 5 year member of DVC, it is well worth it. If you go at least once a year, it will pay for itself in about 5 years. Just add up the cost of all of your vacations to see for yourself.

You can go to any Disney resort in the world, Disney Cruise line, Adventures by Disney, and even other cities that you want to go to. Disney is even starting construction on a resort in Hawaii.

If you ever do not use it, you can easily sell it back, unlike other time-shares.

When all is said and done, it's still a timeshare, which are not your best investment. The thing that blows my mind is, for all that money, you don't get admission to the parks included!
