Nashville help..hotel...and stuff =]?

were going to nashville this summer but we cant decide on a hotel..we dont like the gaylord opryland hotel...



so do u know of any fancy or expensive hotels in nashville that maybe u have stayed at ??

I tend to not stay in fancy, expensive hotels. However, there's a hotel called the Lowes Vanderbilt that's supposedly very good. You might also want to try the Embassy Suites off the Briley Parkway.



I've read and heard absolutely NOTHING but bad things about the Opryland Hotel. I think the public areas are nice (especially that indoor waterfall in the atrium), but people who've stayed there have all told me, without exception, that the rooms are small and outrageously overpriced, the service is atrocious, and everything is ten times more expensive than it SHOULD be.
theres a hotel next to an applebees, it was very nice, dont the name of it but its a great hotelNashville help..hotel...and stuff =]?
