What kind of credit score do you have to have to buy a Time share with Disney?

I am looking to buy a time share point plan with Disney and i wanted to know what kinda down payment to you have to make and what kind of credit does one need? What are the pros and cons with owning time share with Disney Vacation Club? What kind of credit score do you have to have to buy a Time share with Disney?
Please don't do a time share.
I'm a cost analyst and have done the math (10 years experience analyzing stuff)
You are always better off renting a condo for a better price in the long run.
There are many nice ones cheaper, with 2 or 3 bathrooms - no contracts
And, you are not tied in to those maintenance fees for a lifetime.
Sure they say you can switch locations - this is expensive to do.

Ask anyone that has a time share - they regret it dearly.
They are extremely hard to sell. Suppose you don't like it?
Or after 25 years you are tired of it.
IF you must buy one go to EBAY - they are selling them for $1 if you just take over the maintenance fees and taxes. They are people desperate to sell them.
Oh, please, I hope more people answer - don't do thisWhat kind of credit score do you have to have to buy a Time share with Disney?
DO NOT buy a timeshare. You might think that you will use it a lot but that usually does not work out that way. Besides payments, you have yearly maintenance fees and possibly special assessments. Trying to get rid of one can be a nightmare. You will never get your money back. If you must get a timeshare buy it from a current owner that wants to sell and you can get a better deal.
