What's wrong if a muslim woman sues South West airlines for booting her out of plane?

In a recent news story, an American citizen who is muslim filed lawsuit against SW airlines for booting her out the plane for no valid reason. Per the story below she was talking on cell phone to someone she knew and said, "I have to go now". some flight attendant found this as threatening behavior and ordered her out the plane. So she missed the flight. She went through all the airport checkpoints and went through the entire TSA screening process before entering the plane. After she was asked to leave the plane, federal agents again searched her and declared her totally unarmed and safe. But the flight attendant still did not let her on the plane. As a result she filed lawsuit. Now reading yahoo comments, it is obvious that many seem to be mad that she is filing suit. But at the same time isn't every citizen entitled to filing lawsuit anytime he/she wishes against anyone for any reason? How can you deprive a citizen from filing lawsuit? Its her right. Also note this is not the first time such type of suit has been filed. Over the years several suits have been filed against various airlines by muslim citizens and in some them they won big money. South west was also sued back in 2006 for this same exact reason by a muslim woman and she won $28 million dollars in the lawsuit. So based on the record that various people do win big after being removed from plane when found harmless, why exactly should not she sue? This case is very similar to the one showed in the other linkWhat's wrong if a muslim woman sues South West airlines for booting her out of plane?
They have the right to handle situations they feel might be dangerous. You can't really blame the airline for being cautious. Plus, they put her on the next flight as soon as they deemed it safe.

I don't think it's just the flight attendant, there had to be others feel the situation was dubious.

People need to accept the fact that crimes are committed in our world. If people who looked like me had enacted a horrific tragedy, I would expect to be under scrutiny until I established who I was.

Edit: Yes, airlines should have every right to check out anything they feel warrants it with no threat of lawsuits for it. Of course there are allowances for extreme cases, but I've yet to hear of anything that might fit it. Say, if they not only kicked her off the plane, but out of the airport and refused to let her ride any other and refused to refund her ticket money.
Well, the story has an update. SW fired the flight attendant. That's what happens -- you do your job with dedication and you get fired in the end because of political correctness. First the airline defended the flight attendant, than few days later they decide to fire her. One more joins the unemployment line in this poor economyWhat's wrong if a muslim woman sues South West airlines for booting her out of plane?
Nothing at all, she is free to file a lawsuit if she wants.
but let me remind you that by filing a lawsuit does not guarantee that it will be successful.
meaning she could be paying awful lot of money to some attorney and not win a single dime.
$28 million? I agree she should have been awarded something, but that is a ridiculous judgement for the minor inconvenience she suffered. I reckon our courts are sharia compliant now...
as long as it is legitmate then there is no problem, you can sue who ever you want, doesnt mean your going to win though
They should have checked Her for Bombs, then let Her out half way. It may be Racist to deprive a Muslim from blowing up an Airplane.
I am fine with her suing, and if your summary is accurate, they will likely settle out of court for a fairly large amount of money.
They should have disappeared her.
@ what altitude
and you wonder why the muslim men wont let their women drive, they may be onto something here..
yes any fool can file a lawsuit. It has come to the point where most fools file a lawsuit as a tool to get what they want, not to have a final decision on a controversy.

Any information taken from 'news' sources is biased and tainted so no answer can be given based on the contents of the story.

If the flight attendants had information to allow them to make an informed decision that the woman was a danger to herself or the other paying passengers and equipment of the airlines, then she was justified in refusing passage.
Sometimes lawsuits are the only way to change a society when civil rights are violated. This is the U.S., and we have overweight people, baggy pants people, head-scarf people, multi-religions, and women who kiss each other.... these qualities are our strong points, not our weaknesses. They deserve to be fought for. After the woman was cleared, and if the flight attendant had problems with the woman flying, the flight attendant should have been removed from the plane, not the passenger. Ignorance and fear cannot win over civil liberties.
