Muslim woman sues south west airlines for booting her out when she was found to be safe. is this airline fault?

SW airlines booted a muslim US citizen out of the flight because some flight attendant thought she is suspicious. Later she was found to be safe. So she filed lawsuit against SW. However, according to news article below --



"“They said 'We know you're clear but we cannot let you go on this flight because they are not willing to accept you,'” she said.





So when pilot and crew knew that she was declared totally safe by airport officials after being taken out, why did they still refuse her entry on flight? Doesn't make sense at all.



Why would airline act like that knowing there can be lawsuit later? it doesn't add up.Muslim woman sues south west airlines for booting her out when she was found to be safe. is this airline fault?
This story was there in paper too. I feel she will now become rich and get millions of dollars. its good opportunity for her. None of the arguments being told by the supporters of airline, can hold in court. Doesn't matter muslims blow themselves up or not in middle east, etc etc...... this doesn't hold in court.

I would be interested in seeing the outcome of this suit. In the past SW had to pay almost 28 million dollars for similar incident

There was also some confusion in media reporting. Many stories said she is "immigrant". But her lawyer however says she is US citizen

Another confusion in media reporting was that some passengers said, "they felt threatened by per presence". However flight attendant's "its a go" story is repeated. Flight attendant later said that she only responded to passengers request. However, in another twist those passengers (when they got to know about lawsuit) recanted and said, "we never told anyone she is a threat".

So its clear that either the passengers, flight attendant or the woman is lying. One of the 3 is not being truthful
If she was a threat, the airline would have a BIGGER lawsuit on their hands.



The fact is, that as long as muslims continue to blow themselves and everyone else up, people will be suspicious of them; especially if they are sporting the muslim brotherhood-prescribed clothing.Muslim woman sues south west airlines for booting her out when she was found to be safe. is this airline fault?
YES it is their fault and they should be sued .
