How come they are allowed to release evidence from M. Jacksons trial to the press?

An airline can throw off anyone they think is violating their rules, like public kissing, being too fat for one seat, etc.How come they are allowed to release evidence from M. Jacksons trial to the press?
Court evidence is not confidential.



Airlines can deny seats to anyone they want. If someone is too large to safely sit in a seat, if someone is being a disruption, etc...
