Is absolute gun control in the best interest of everyone?

America's most wanted had a story of 2 SW airlines flight attendants. They were in their Dallas apartment and heard extreme knocking on their door. There were two masked men trying to break in. The 2 flight attendants ran back to one of the bedrooms and one of them got out her gun. The 2 men broke down the door and came into the bedroom. The flight attendant shot and killed both of them as they came into the bedroom. What would have happened had there been no gun present?Is absolute gun control in the best interest of everyone?
Absolutely. We MUST have gun control in this form: every man and woman should be required to own and operate safely at least 3 different types of guns.

Nope... Take the guns out of the hands of honest citizens and only the criminals will have guns.
It's screwed up. Even worse in Canada. All the thugs and bad guys have guns but a good law abiding citizen can't get a gun or has a really hard time getting one. So eally it's only the bad guys who have guns. Way to go liberal democrats, I can't defend myself now, THANKS!

Yellow crime tape and a knock on the door of the innocent victims family home. Instead, we get the police knocking on the door of 2 perps, telling their next of kin they won't be going to jail. I prefer the bad guys losing.

I don't know what would have happened, neither do you, and no one does. We never will. My understanding of time is that it flows forward, not backward with the recollection of memory or speculation.



You can only ask how it may have been prevented, or the situation bettered, find officials in office or elect them who speak to those values, and vote to change the laws.

In it are links, so if you don't like what someone's doing or have a strong opinion on a bill, you can let them know by the contact info, phone or email.

I personally don't own a gun although my hubby has rifles for hunting. They are locked in the gun cabinet with trigger locks on all of them



As much as you hear about shootings etc, I don't think gun control is the answer. What will gun control do? It will take guns away from the every day citizen. Who in this country will have guns? The criminals. They know how to get them and don't care if they are breaking the law or not.



I don't have an answer, but as much as I don't like guns being out there I think gun control just gives more power to the criminals.

The answer to your question is obvious,,,they would have either been raped and killed,or raped and robbed,or just plain out raped.What other reason would two men with hoods on have for breaking down two women's door?

I say,thank God they were able to protect themselves.Can you imagine the look on those two hooded hoods when they heard that first bang?I bet surprise wouldn't come close to describing it.

I don't condone the killing of innocents in any situation,but in this case the women had every right to defend herself.If she hadn't had a gun she would probably be dead.

Do things like this only happen in America? how about London were cops don't carry guns.....
