And he was wondering if he can wear a tank top that

If this theme park was outside the United States, no he couldn't wear clothes into a public pool,spa or water park. Only clean swimwear and a clean swim rash top, due strict public health and safety laws.



Being this water theme park is in the United States, yes he can wear a tee shirt, tank top, boxers, underwear etc. Since they don't have these strict public health and safety laws in the United States for public pool's,spa's or water park's.Can you wear a tank top at jekyll island to swim with?
You can wear just about what ever you want to swim there at Jekyll Island, if you wear a speedo you might be looked at a little bit, but a tank top should be more than fine.
